BLACK & WHITE

Act with intolerance, wanting everything to be perfect, and expect people to never make mistakes is to want the impossible.

We are not born machines, we not come as any anti-error device, we are evolutionary creatures whose improvement occurs with failures.

When Thomas Edison was asked about his 10,000 attempts to create the light bulb, he said: "I learned 9,999 ways not to do wrong."

Be intolerant is to be "square", incapable of admitting winding roads. After all, the world is full of tolerances: shock absorbers, springs, rubber, corrective, padded, wheels, etc. It would be impossible to create anything without considering imperfections and variations thereof.

"It is not the right angle that attracts me. Neither the straight, hard, inflexible created by man. What attracts me is the free and sensual curve. The curve I find in the mountains of my country, in the sinuous course of its rivers, in the waves of the sea, the body of the favorite woman. Curves is made all the universe. "(OSCAR NIEMEYER)

So stop being "square" wanting people to adapt to us, wanting them to be perfect and meet our expectations. We who should understand them as emotional creatures and evolving, which improve and adapt over time. Want to control people is to believe that the wind never changes direction, because after all, even somewhere on the planet, the wind does curve.

Beauty is in the variety. You need to be different to make a difference in the world!

Hugs!
