There are rare times that we fall into the traps of gossip. Pass along negative information about someone perhaps one of the biggest problems within organizations, are businesses, churches, schools, government offices, etc.. ie where there are people, has gossip!
A survey reports that the Brits spend about 2 hours a week gossiping. What generates an annual loss of 345 million dollars. Outside the damage they cause malicious information.
Who says or tells a gossip unknowingly becomes one of the biggest losers. There is a process called "spontaneous transfers of property" where people unconsciously assossiam traits of his character with what you are saying. That way, you are the first to lose credibility before the people. So think a thousand times before you want to say something about your boss or a colleague. There are rare times that the gossip proves his own poison.
So to avoid this, use what I call the principle of TGU (Truth, Goodness and Utility), in other words, the "three screens of Socrates."
Whenever you say something about someone, ask yourself if this information is True, if it's something positive (Good) , and if it is of any Use.
"People talk about big ideas, average people talk about events, mediocre people talk about people."

LEAVE A MEDIOCRITY
The moment we stop criticizing people when we stop seeing them as our competitors or enemies, and begins to love them and value them as they are, and have with them a relationship of interdependence and harmonic synergistic, we finally , leaving the path of mediocrity and enter the path of true greatness.

"I WAS NOT"

SENSE OF INSECURITY
Insecurity is like learning to ride a bike, you need to look and move forward, pay attention to your objectives for not to stumble and fall.
Insecurity occurs when the confidence is weakened, giving way to fear and uncertainty.
Insecure people tend to make their alicerceis the other, and depend on the assessment of these emotionally to feel confident.
Speaking about the bridge of "Rio Negro" (Black River), Mao-BR, what makes you think it is safe?
The "Black River Bridge" cost about 1 billion reais, double what had been originally planned, because for it to be considered safe and endure climatic effects, it was necessary to spend a huge amount of concrete on top of the enough to build a "Maracanã" (RJ Stadium). The same amount was also spent on low (another "Maracana"!)
Building a bridge without considering the climatic effects is a mistake! As the winds and storms of varying direction, people tend to change from time to time.
So to feel security, you will need to substantiate your heart what really is stable, this is, the principles!
Principles are universal truths, timeless and indisputable. These are laws that should govern your life, are the beacons that guide your craft. Are the foundations of the soul! Anyway it is what you believe, your faith and your hope.
Relying on others to feel safe, it is believed that the wind changes direction and never stop investing in its fundamentals. That is why the Bible says: "Cursed is the man who trusts another man ..."

Have a definite chief aim and "delivered thy way unto the Lord, trust also in Him and He will do it" (Psalm 37:5)

QUALITY x QUANTITY
Doing too much is not synonymous with excellence.
I'm used to seeing companies that are concerned both produce much, but losing customers by problems of poor quality. It is amazing that in the 21st century, there are still companies who think so.
Quality is and always will be more important than quantity.
No matter how much food you make, if it is not good, all of it will be thrown away.
No matter if you work hard, if you do not done well .
No use having so many friends, if there are few who care about you really.
No use having so many relationships are none of them touches your heart.
Why are so many students who study there are few?
God does not want numbers, crowded church, whether its members are not sincere.
If you want to earn more money in life, prioritize their quality, their education, their skills. The world values the differential and not repetitive.
"Prioritizes quality and productivity will result." (Deming)
"Do not seek to be a successful person, seek to be a person of value and success will result" (Einstein).
Never forget the 63 rules of successful companies:
Rule 1: Always Quality!
Rule 2: The other 62 do not matter!

INCREASE YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
Millions of people can not overcome the three greatest enemies of humanity, which according to Napoleon Hill are: ignorance, poverty and lack of instructions.
And one of the big reasons is related to lack of pre-disposition to fight for their dreams and not knowing relate to other people.
"Businesses are nothing more than a bunch of human relationships" (Lee Iacocca)
One statistic states that the dismissal of 68.3% of people in large enterprises is due to lack of communication skills and relationship.
So, build alliances and do not miss the opportunity to make friends. Learn to relate to people above and below you is an art and it only increases their opportunities in life.
In other words, if there is a rule of thumb, it is "love thy neighbor as thyself."
