HAVE INITIATIVE

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

NOBODY IS STUPID

The stupidity is in fact a kind of mental laziness. Often caused by a limitation that the person creates around itself.

If you do not know, all people are smart. Everyone is born with almost the same number of neurons, around 100 billion (with a little variation between men and women). If our brains were compared to an external hard drive, its capacity would be approximately 1 Tera. To give you an idea, it would take at least 500 2G flash drives to store everything that we store in our minds.

The brain retains everything around. Nothing escapes its power of absorption. And in fact, what we call "stupidity" is often related to a few factors:

1) Lack of training
2) Personal rhythm (each person has its speed up processing)
3) Method of learning (each person learns in a different way)

5) Attention deficit

Overall, we are "stupid" to some things and genius to others. This varies from person to person.

Some examples were Einstein and Thomas Edison, both considered "dumb" and expelled from college for being "covered" too. Another was Henry Ford, whose ignorance and lack of education was the article published in the magazine and a laughingstock.

What I mean by all this? I mean, if you want, you can be the smartest person in this world. What you need to know is what you like to learn and how to learn better. Intelligence is also related to the ability to be the best at a specialty: or mathematics, or arts, or or or music, literature, etc.. True education is the understanding of oneself and life. Instruction is not education. I know many people instructed but poorly educated. DO NOT EXPECT RAIN TO REPAIR THE ROOF

Yesterday in training 8 habits of highly effective people in TPV of Brazil, I commented on a phrase very interesting read on the face:

"If you want to have a happy life, tie up the goals, not the things or the people."

We err by constantly deliver the course of our lives for people, fail to allow someone, and sometimes with just one word, screw it.

We need to understand that it is God who gives us the day and we are who determine how to use it. If the day started well and ended badly, or vice versa, we are responsible.

The day is in front, like a blank slate and you are the artist that will illustrate it. If the paint came out ugly or pretty, do not depend on anyone, the picture is yours! Blaming others would deliver the framework to others, and at least the worst excuses.

So, focus on your goals, your goals, your daily mission. 95% of people who will show up during the day will, perhaps unconsciously want to stop you. HUMILITY x ARROGANCE

Among all the qualities of a wise person, humility is one of the most important. Who wants to show up, show you are better than others, acting with impatience and rudeness, in fact loses all credibility of a true leader.

I once read about a test to know if someone is really humble: notice how that person treats the less fortunate, as the waiter, maid, domestic or janitor. Many maintains a humble posture in front of your boss or colleagues, but they are extremely arrogant in front of minors. DO YOU FORGIVE A BETRAYAL?

Really like my friends and friends commented on my facebook page, it's easy to forgive and never forget is even worse.

Let me explain how our little head: men´s mind is compartmentalized. It is as if it were a box for each subject: a box to talk about movies, talking to another car, another to speak of work, football, love, etc.. And among so many boxes have two that stand out: a large and another huge, is the box of sex and another box of "nothing" (he uses this box to do anything anyway, like fish, or keep changing channel on TV remain silent when stressed ... lol). For this reason man has ease of separate things, like love & sex.
A woman's mind is different, like a tangle of wires coated by a great mass of emotion. Where everything is connected to everything, she can connect the novel with movies, family with shoes, bags, meetings, etc ... and so they do not forget anything even talk about everything and do several things at once. And for them, sex has a strong connection with love. And because of this, they do not understand how the male mind when it comes to love & sex.
When a man cheats on his wife and confesses that it was just an adventure, and it feels nothing for the other, there are at least 80% chance of telling the truth!
Since the woman can not even say, because most of the time his act of infideliade is associated with affection and admiration she feels for each other and for revenge or disappointment she feels for his spouse "holder". Hence the expression: "betrays no woman, woman gets revenge." As we saw, the woman is more likely to be cheated, but "the wise woman builds her house." In this moment of unspeakable disappointment, it must reflect and decide whether to keep or undo your family. The rancor lack his vision, anger will make you cancel all your dreams, but forgiveness will give you endless possibilities to rebuild your home!
The man betrayed sought explanations, try to work things out on the basis of strength and power, but if he truly loves, he will find forgiveness in the hope of opportunity to start over and improve yourself.
Look, forgiving is not forgetting. For our mind does not allow deletarmos anything that has been written, even something as traumatic as a betrayal. But forgiveness will allow you to rewrite a new life story.
That's why God forgives us and motivates us to forgive people 7x70 times a day at least.
You see old couples with 30, 40, 50 years together ... They learned that even at that time it was better to fix things exchange them for new ones.
So, do expectations of perfection from your spouse or even your friend, he is a human being and can fail. Not even Jesus escaped the betrayal of Judas, the more we?  There are rare times that we fall into the traps of gossip. Pass along negative information about someone perhaps one of the biggest problems within organizations, are businesses, churches, schools, government offices, etc.. ie where there are people, has gossip!

Whenever you say something about someone, ask yourself if this information is True, if it's something positive (Good) , and if it is of any Use.

"I WAS NOT"

Take responsibility when everything is going well and is easy when everyone cooperated. It is difficult to assume your mistakes or errors of his team. But even worse is to take the blame when the source is a third one. Remember when Adam blamed Eve? And when she blamed the serpent?
